AFTER SALES SERVICES
Casyoo offers the following limited warranties for its products:
- Grow lights are covered by a 3-year limited warranty
- Street lights have limited warranties ranging from 3 to 7 years depending on the specific products.
The warranty period starts at the date of the first invoice to the original purchaser of the LED Product issued by Casyoo. During the warranty period, Casyoo will either repair or replace the products. A written notice should be delivered to Casyoo, within 30 days starting from the discovery of the vice/defect.
The Qualified Purchaser may make a claim under this Limited Warranty by contacting Casyoo and providing the following: (1) sales receipt, (2)a brief explanation of the nature of the failure, (3) power quality records of the affected product’s linked electric circuit for the last 12 months, if the claim is related to an electrical component, and (4) all records of maintenance and/or testing of the Product. All returned goods must be accompanied by a Return Authorization issued by Casyoo.
This limited warranty shall only apply to the LED Product:
- which is used in accordance with the product and application specifications.
- which is installed by qualified personnel and according to theinstructions Casyoo provides.
- which meets the maintenance requirements in a professionalmanner.
- which iskept by the customer as it was, so that Casyoo can examine and analyse the failure.
- which is not subjected to excessive mechanical stresses or loads.
- which isequipped with overvoltage and lightning protection devices.
- which stays below the threshold values for external influencing factors like temperatures and voltages.
If a fault is attributable to one of the following factors, the warranty obligation shall not apply:
- accidents, misuse, negligence, or failure of the purchaser to adhere to the guidelines for the correct installation, usage, and maintenance of the LED product
- external factors (e.g., faults or fluctuations in the supply voltage and/or in the circuits, fire, flood)
- abnormal operating conditions
- flaws brought about by tampering or repairs made without the supplier’swritten authorization
- typical wear and tear, as well as software flaws
- damages resulting from deliberate or grossly negligent behavior
- use of faulty or incompatible accessories
It should be noticed that, due to technical constraints, the amount of light emitted by an LED decreases over time. Therefore, a decrease in luminous flux up to a value of 0.6% per 1000 operating hours is not considered a fault under these warranty terms and conditions.
Electronic operating devices and components, such as LEDs, have a nominal failure rate of 0.3% per 1000 operating hours, unless differently noted in product and application specifications.
